La Lumière truly lives up to its name: filled with natural light, wonderfully cosy and offering beautiful views of the Valais mountains. Set on the ground floor of a detached chalet, it features a private garden, private sauna and wood-burning stove – the perfect place to unwind after a wonderful day in the mountains.
The apartment features 2 bedrooms: one with a comfortable double box-spring bed and one with bunk beds, with the option of adding an extra single bed. The spacious open-plan living and dining area with kitchen is warm and inviting, with everything you need for a relaxing mountain getaway.
After a day of hiking, skiing or exploring the mountains, enjoy your own little wellness retreat: unwind in the private sauna and end the day by the warmth of the wood-burning stove. The private garden is another lovely spot to slow down and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
La Lumière enjoys a peaceful location while still being close to everything: Grächen village centre and the mountain lifts are only around 500 metres away. A private parking space is also available.
Good to know: from the parking space, the final stretch to the chalet is uphill on foot. A little mountain walk – but once you arrive, you’ll find exactly what you came to the Alps for: peace, light and a wonderful view.

The chalet is set slightly higher on the hillside and is reached via a number of steps. A private parking space is reserved for our guests down by the main road, on the left as you enter Grächen. A little luxury you’ll certainly appreciate in this largely car-free mountain village!
